We take the security of your personal information very seriously and, if you have given us any data, we will use it only for the purposes you gave it and to enable us to administer our business.

We may collect and hold your name and address, telephone number, email address and other contact information to enable us to keep in touch with you.

We will obtain and process personal data only for a particular purpose; we will process personal data fairly and lawfully; personal data which we hold will be accurate, adequate, relevant and not excessive for that purpose.

We will not share that information with anyone else without asking your explicit permission.

You have the right to request a copy of any personal information we might hold about you and we will respond to that request within one month free of charge.

You have the right to request deletion of any personal information we might hold about you and we will do this within one month free of charge.

If you have a complaint about the handling of your personal data, this can be raised directly with James Pringle.

Please note that if you have a more direct relationship with the Company, for example as an employee, a tenant, a customer or a supplier, we will collect, hold and process your personal information for the legitimate purpose of administering our business in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and, of course, your rights are no less than those above. In such a case, we may share your personal information with 'the authorities' in order to facilitate that administration; for example we may share personal data with the Inland Revenue.
